Half of these are moments you catch: first night home, first lost tooth, first destroyed shoe. The other half are adventures you go on together: find them water, take them somewhere with a view, sit outside a café and let the world go past. Print them once, and in a year you have the whole story in photographs.

1. What is your puppy called?

Their name goes on the cover and on the corner of every card.

Leave it blank if you'd rather keep the cards plain.
